Rakesh Jain is a Commerce and Law Graduate from the University of Delhi and a Fellow Member of the Institute of
Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) for over 29 years. He has got vast experience in auditing, taxation and banking.
Besides auditing he has good expertise in the field of arranging Banks/Institutional Projects & Business Finance. He has
served almost all the industries/sectors throughout his career.
He is Branch Partner of the Firm being in charge of Faridabad Branch.
He qualified as CA in the year 1992. He cleared both levels of Chartered Accountancy Exams in first attempt with securing a RANK in CA Final on all India basis in May 1992. He is also a qualified Forensic Auditor (ICAI) and Insolvency Professional (IBBI). He has cleared all the 4 levels of US CPA exams in their respective 1 st Attempt with an average score of 84%. He has been a Law Graduate
from CCSU, Meerut. He has also been certified by IIT, Kanpur as having completed the course “Economics of Banking and Finance Markets”.

He has the expertise in Project Financing, Scheming & Implementation of Corporate Accounting. He has been extending his professional services to several big corporates in the fields of Infrastructural Building Sectors like Roads, Bridges, Railways etc. including Central Government’s vertical of Roads, Shipping and Railways. He has been Consultant, in the capacity of Financial Expert, on number of Indian National Highways Development Projects funded by World Bank for more than 9 years.
